Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and assess their applicability to current business models.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage the innovation budget and allocate resources for experimental projects and R&D initiatives.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure future technologies adhere to data privacy and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully defining long-term technology roadmaps and delivering on strategic initiatives.
