- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for C-suite audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
