Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop proprietary predictive algorithms using quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Author high-impact white papers published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with 15+ venture-backed startups
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing 2020+ technology roadmaps adopted by Fortune 100
- Expertise in quantum computing simulation and exponential trend analysis
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (minimum 5 high-impact papers)
- Deep knowledge of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 framework
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
