Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct advanced scenario planning for climate-resilient urban ecosystems
- Author white papers on neuro-ethical implications of next-gen interfaces
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions for emerging tech R&D
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technology foresight or strategic innovation at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum or biotech convergence
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed future-tech solutions
