Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Design and prototype human-centered interfaces for next-generation AI systems
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future-focused capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovations
