Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 Project, analyzing global tech trends and disruption vectors
- Develop and present scenario-based future models to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market readiness timelines
- Establish cross-functional innovation frameworks connecting engineering, design, and business strategy
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations for technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability across departments
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through multi-year innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry journals or platforms
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
