- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented innovation priorities
- Author white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into R&D roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Represent the organization at high-impact conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience with futures modeling tools (e.g., causal layered analysis, Delphi methods)
