- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative and qualitative research

- Produce executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with R&D to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Establish industry-recognized thought leadership through keynote presentations and publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build the next-generation strategic intelligence team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
