Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and Fortune 100 innovation labs
- Author visionary whitepapers and deliver keynote presentations at Davos, Web Summit, and CES
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for emerging technology incubation and startup acceleration
- Mentor junior futurists and guide the company's foresight methodology development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Cognitive Science, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits or launches)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ keynote engagements at global tech forums
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists required
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
