Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum AI, blockchain, neuromorphic computing) into product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on paradigm-shifting innovations and their business implications
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology architects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with publication history or patents
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
