Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological evolution through 2026
- Develop predictive frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and biotech disruption
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Proficiency in Python for trend modeling and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market engagement
