You'll interface with C-suite executives, academic partners, and industry disruptors to build actionable frameworks that position our organization as a thought leader in the 2026 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year strategic foresight initiatives focused on 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Develop sophisticated scenario models and risk-assessment frameworks for emerging domains
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, space)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong executive communication skills with C-suite presentation experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
