- Author high-impact whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing futures research team of 8-10 specialists

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published portfolio of trend forecasting or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI/ML applications for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption
