Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive analytics
- Author annual Horizon Report synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptors
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-facing research
- Mentor junior futurists and build a forward-looking knowledge management system
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with AI/ML applications in trend forecasting preferred
