Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Reports with predictive accuracy benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/neurotech deployment in regulated industries
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, TED, and global futurist summits
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and PhD researchers
- Secure $5M+ in government grants for future-focused R&D projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with peer-reviewed publications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of influencing policy or corporate strategy through scenario planning
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published author or keynote speaker at 3+ major global conferences
