Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework using advanced forecasting methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for climate tech, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Author quarterly horizon reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Design and deploy scenario planning models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to patent breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential technology analysis, and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
