Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs worldwide
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers to maintain thought leadership
- Present findings to investors, clients, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations on transformational initiatives
