- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product development teams
- Present futures outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with 10,000+ trend indicators
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-ready futures reports
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
