- Produce trend reports and whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Advise on ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bioengineering, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on tech transformation
- Portfolio of future scenarios implemented in enterprise environments
