Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 scenario models and trend impact assessments
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Produce actionable insights reports on climate-tech convergence and AI ethics
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state business ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness maturity
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, PESTEL, SWOT 2.0)
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
