- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with exponential growth objectives and shareholder value
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into breakthrough product development
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and Board of Directors quarterly
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing company-wide strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning, trend analysis, and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
