- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities across tech, policy, and consumer behavior
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and innovation briefs for the Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Drive the commercialization of futuristic concepts through rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on disruptive innovation topics
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience scaling foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
