Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI governance and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning
- Published research on 2020+ technology paradigms
- Fluency in at least two major global languages
