Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models for 2026 technology adoption and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation systems and services

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and managing innovation pipelines
