Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on AI, biotech, and sustainable futures
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published portfolio of trend analysis and scenario planning documents
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
