Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with predictive models for industry transformation
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into organizational decision-making
- Curate and lead the 'Visionary Vanguard' innovation accelerator program
- Represent Horizon at global futurism summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating published predictive models with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Trendscope, Foresight Engine)
- Track record of implementing foresight outputs into commercial success
- PhD or equivalent experience in complex systems modeling preferred
