Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts relevant to 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework to guide long-term company planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations.
- Build and manage a network of futurists, industry experts, and thought leaders.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to explore future scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and other foresight methodologies.
- Strong network of contacts in technology, business, and academia.
