Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems that handle millions of requests per day.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and interpretability methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
