Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Lead stakeholder dialogues between policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align innovation with human values
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and disruption scenarios
- Author whitepapers on the ethical implications of 2026's technological landscape for industry regulators
- Mentor cross-functional teams in ethical technology design principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or AI ethics with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- Published work on AI governance or emerging technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier conferences)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and generative AI architectures
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business policies
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on technology ethics
