Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop predictive models using machine learning and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce actionable strategic briefings for C-suite executives on 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future technology viability and adoption curves
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic indicators for systemic impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning software)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic positioning
