Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, and economic domains to identify disruptive forces
- Develop quantitative/qualitative future scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D pipeline for 2026+ initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Manage cross-functional research teams and external innovation partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record translating complex insights into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published work in innovation journals or recognized industry publications
- Experience managing remote research teams and global innovation ecosystems
