Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based scenario models and strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to challenge assumptions and co-create future strategies
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and foresight reports for stakeholders across 5+ global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for continuous intelligence gathering
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive analytics and market simulation modeling
- Integrate foresight outputs into quarterly business planning cycles and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful foresight projects impacting organizational strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or relevant innovation frameworks
