Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts in quantum computing and AI
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture emerging technologies
- Present executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities with data-driven impact assessments
- Architect the innovation governance framework ensuring ethical deployment of emerging technologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts while cultivating an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method)
