Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to develop predictive scenarios for 2026-2030
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models and customer experiences
- Deliver executive-level strategic briefings and trend reports with data-driven insights
- Establish a proprietary foresight methodology integrating AI, biometrics, and behavioral economics
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of next-generation technologies
- Curate an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and disruptor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Fluency in AI/ML tools and quantitative trend analysis methodologies
