This role blends strategic foresight with cutting-edge technology to shape how organizations navigate the future landscape.
As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives to identify emerging trends, develop disruptive frameworks, and translate foresight into actionable strategies that position our clients as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology ecosystems
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on AI, biotech, and quantum convergence
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AR/VR, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human augmentation systems
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in emerging tech: AGI ethics, quantum computing applications, neurotech
- Certified in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published author in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent
- Experience with cross-cultural futures analysis in APAC/EMEA markets
