Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends across technology, society, and markets
- Design forward-looking innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to senior leadership
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
