Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economic, and social domains
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ planning cycles
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and senior leadership
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Experience leading global teams in matrixed organizations
