- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors quarterly
- Manage a $5M innovation fund supporting early-stage ventures
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Strong network with global futurist communities (e.g., WFS, APF)
