Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Translate complex foresight findings into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or research leadership
- Proven track record of predictive modeling for technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures-to-strategy translation
