Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026's geopolitical and environmental uncertainties
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental projects including AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior futurists and build external partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or R&D with proven foresight methodology expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
