As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and market analysis divisions to identify transformative opportunities. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining our commitment to sustainable and ethical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps aligning with company growth objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate future trends into product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting industry disruption
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation and research communities
