Responsibilities

- Build cross-functional partnerships with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive market analyses
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and societal impact of technological shifts
- Manage a portfolio of pre-emptive innovation initiatives with $50M+ annual budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (demonstrated via published analyses)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
