- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce executive-ready trend briefs and scenario-planning frameworks
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year timelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative research tools (Python, Tableau, Miro)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Track record of implementing foresight into commercial success
