Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into narratives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
