Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain horizon scanning frameworks for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for alternative futures
- Produce strategic foresight reports and innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
