Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and sociocultural domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning and innovation pipelines
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state strategy
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product development frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and technological signals impacting long-term business resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, SWOT analysis, and systemic modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML trend detection tools and data visualization platforms
