Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and breakthrough business models
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging technologies and accelerate adoption timelines
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategy sessions and cross-cultural collaboration
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
