Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using proprietary research methodologies
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive forces and strategic opportunities
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Present future-vision insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-makers
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
