Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing technologies and business models
- Produce executive-ready future trend reports and disruption risk assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior strategists and build a world-class futures research capability
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
