Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate resilience sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly Future State Briefs predicting disruptive market shifts
- Design and execute innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present trend analyses at industry conferences and client board meetings
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers/articles)
- Experience working with quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
